    Do not shop at the Bay! I use to buy most of my clothing and home goods here but after they failed to deliver my mattress after arriving to my door because they were running late I will never do so again! Terrible customer service! I can't believe the attitude of the agents I talked to. Never again!

    Good service when you manage to find a salesperson, nice range of choice even if it's a smaller The Bay than in other malls.
