  Do not confuse bad customer service with get to the point without messing around. If you need any kind of bolts, nuts or screws, Harsupco has it and will sell it to you. If you are looking to negociate a 10 cent bolt and be served with a smile you might be at the wrong place. A true Montreal institution do not hesitate to visit.

  But, being retired and travelling from Pointe Claire by bus & metro, I find the 55 bus north from de Castelnau metro often a problem due to heavy overcrowding. STM need to put more service on this line in business hours.

  If the store appears empty ity is more because his clients get in, get what they need and get on with their own business. they have better things to do than loiter around. I have bought items, especially screws, nuts bolts, taps, dies, files and more there I could either not get where I am, or at a generally better price, especially if I buy in larger quantities.

  I gave him the full fastener designation including the required grade and was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. Maybe less than five minutes. I don't know; my head's still spinning.

  Harsupco is really an industrial supplier in a smal hardware store. They are NOT a consumer hangout or a place to expect petty hand-holding.
