  Would rate negative amount of stars if it would be possible , no words to describe how bad the service is ... have a contract with them for many years and they never got to actually tow the car ..or they get there after 6 or they never show up , always the same excuse -"we have a lot of calls today " well if that's the case hire more trucks to tow the cars !!! When asked to spi to manager they said the'll get back to me , I think I'll wait as long as it takes for the truck to arrive -

  They don't tow the cars. Useless service. When I call they always have high demand and can't tow for at least 4 hours.

  This towing company towed me and I was literally freaking out, to find out that my car is somewhere in Laval with stickers on it. It knowing if I have to pay the towing or not. End up calling them telling me that they are me a warning for parking where I wasn't suppose to and that I didn't have to pay. My lesson is definalty lernt and I'm externally grateful that I didn't have to pay!!! So thank you so much!!

  If I ever can give negative stars, I would. They never come to tow! Also they insist we have to pay them for services not rendered. Useless service, waste of money and time, and big aggravation. Poorest services imaginable.
